Morobo
1. Risk Acknowledgment
By using the Motonia App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You assume all risks associated with motorcycle riding and the use of this App.
- Morobo LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, deaths, or damages resulting from distraction caused by the App while riding; malfunction, bugs, outages, or incorrect map, navigation, location, or hazard data; or use of community features such as live-rider visibility, proximity voice chat, group voice chat, group rides, hazard/police reporting, or other posted user content.
2. Eyes on the Road
Do not view, type into, read, or manually operate Motonia while your vehicle is in motion. Set up your ride, destination, and settings before you ride, or pull over safely first.
3. Mount and Audio Setup
- Use a secure mount and keep the device outside your direct line of sight.
- Prefer audio guidance where legal and safe.
4. Treat App Data as Assistive
Navigation, live-rider positions, voice, and hazard/police information may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Always follow real-world conditions, traffic controls, and local law. The App is not a substitute for good judgment or safe riding practices.
5. Social & Voice Features
Motonia includes interactive features such as live user locations, proximity voice chat, group voice chat, group rides, and hazard/police reporting. These features must be used responsibly.
- Voice chat is intended to be used hands-free (e.g., through a helmet communication system) and in compliance with your local hands-free and distracted-driving laws. You are responsible for that compliance.
- Sharing your location lets other users see your approximate real-time position. Only enable visibility and join sessions with people you trust. You can turn visibility off or leave any session at any time.
- Voice audio is transmitted live and is not recorded or stored by Morobo LLC.
6. Hazard and Police Reporting
- Hazard and police reports are user-generated and unverified. They may be inaccurate, mistaken, outdated, or entirely absent.
- Reports are provided for general awareness only and are NOT a substitute for obeying the law and exercising your own judgment.
- Only report when stopped and only if you can do so safely. False or malicious reports are prohibited.
- Do not rely on the presence or absence of any report.
7. Speed, Leaderboard, and Performance Data
- Speed, top-speed, leaderboard, and performance data are informational only and are NOT intended to promote, encourage, or reward speeding or unsafe riding.
- You must obey all speed limits and traffic laws; any performance feature is for your private records or for use on a legal closed course only.
- Morobo LLC is not liable for any consequence of speeding, unsafe riding, or of posting or sharing your ride/leaderboard data.
8. Emergency Situations
If there is immediate danger or an emergency, contact local emergency services first. For emergencies, call 911 — do not rely on the app.
