Motonia has a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, including over live voice chat.
1. Be Respectful
Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, or abusive behavior is not allowed, whether typed, posted, or spoken over voice chat.
2. Voice Chat Conduct
Proximity and group voice chat are for friendly, lawful rider communication. Do not use voice to harass, threaten, or abuse others. Use voice hands-free and in compliance with your local laws.
3. Respect Location Privacy
Do not use other riders' shared locations to stalk, harass, or harm them. Share your own location only with people you trust.
4. Report Honestly
Hazard and police reports must be accurate and submitted in good faith. False or malicious reports are prohibited.
5. Do Not Distract Yourself While Riding
Set up your ride first; do not visually or manually interact with the app in motion.
6. No Illegal or Harmful Content or Conduct
Do not upload, share, or transmit illegal, dangerous, or infringing content, and do not encourage illegal or unsafe riding or speeding.
7. Reporting & Blocking
You can mute, block, and report other users (including from the live-rider card). We review reports of objectionable content, typically within 24 hours.
8. Enforcement
Morobo LLC may remove content, limit visibility, mute, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these guidelines or the Terms of Service.
