Platform Billing
Motonia is free to use. Motonia Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription processed entirely through your platform provider — the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Morobo LLC does not process or store your payment information.
- Payments, billing terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed by your platform provider's terms and infrastructure.
- Refund requests must be submitted through your platform provider.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your platform account prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Motonia Premium subscription at any time:
- iOS: Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Motonia → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Motonia → Cancel.
Canceling stops the subscription from renewing at the end of the current paid period. You retain Premium access until that period ends.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for managing your subscription status via your platform account settings.
- Morobo LLC is not responsible for billing errors, failed cancellations, or refund delays occurring within your platform billing system.
Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted directly to the store where you subscribed:

- Google Play: Visit Google Play Help
