Morobo
1. License Grant
Morobo LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Motonia App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with this EULA.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, or resell the App
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works
- Circumvent security features
- Use the App in a way that violates traffic laws or endangers others
3. User-Generated Content, Voice, and Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Motonia includes user-generated content and live interaction, including live voice chat (proximity and group), live location sharing, hazard/police reports, and profile content. By using these features you agree to a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or illegal content and conduct, whether spoken over voice or submitted as content. You agree to:
- Use voice and social features respectfully and lawfully
- Not harass, threaten, defraud, or abuse other users
- Not submit false or malicious hazard/police reports
Motonia provides tools to mute, block, and report other users and content. Morobo LLC reviews reports of objectionable content (typically within 24 hours), and may remove content, limit visibility, and suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. Voice audio is transmitted live and is not recorded by Morobo LLC.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and data within the App are owned or licensed by Morobo LLC. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Morobo LLC a license to host, transmit, and display it to operate the App. Unauthorized use of Morobo LLC property is strictly prohibited.
5. Updates and Changes
Morobo LLC may release updates and enhancements. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Morobo LLC makes no guarantees regarding:
- Continuous availability or error-free operation
- Accuracy of directions, weather data, or map information
- Data loss or service interruptions
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Morobo LLC is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
- You assume full responsibility for any damage, injury, or death resulting from misuse or distraction while operating a vehicle.
8. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you breach any part of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease use immediately.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, consistent with the Terms of Service.
