Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Morobo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Pregamify mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Summary

Pregamify is a minigame training app. We designed it to collect as little personal data as possible:

• We do not require an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• Your game scores and preferences are stored only on your device.
• We use Apple's subscription system, Google AdMob for advertising, and RevenueCat for subscription management. These services may collect limited identifiers as described below.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information stored on your device only

The following data is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us:

• Game scores and personal bests
• Session history, streaks, and progress
• App preferences (sound, haptics, notification toggles)
• Daily challenge completion state

This data is cleared automatically if you uninstall the App.

2.2 Information collected by third-party services

The App integrates the following services, each with its own privacy practices:

Apple (App Store & StoreKit)

Used for all payments, in-app purchases, and subscriptions. Apple processes your purchase and provides us only with anonymized transaction receipts. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Google AdMob (advertising, free users only)

If you are a free user, AdMob may collect a device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS) and coarse data about the ads shown to you to serve personalized or non-personalized advertising. You may opt out via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Pro subscribers do not see ads, and AdMob is not loaded for them. See Google's ads policy at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

RevenueCat (subscription management)

If you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and your Apple transaction data in order to verify and manage your subscription entitlement. See their policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

2.3 App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will ask your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before allowing AdMob to use your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads as a free user, but they will be non-personalized.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

• Provide the App's functionality (save your scores, track progress)
• Process subscription purchases through Apple
• Show ads to free users so we can continue offering the App without an upfront charge
• Diagnose crashes and stability issues
• Comply with our legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited information only with the service providers listed in Section 2.2 (Apple, Google AdMob, RevenueCat) solely for the purposes described.

5. Children's Privacy

Pregamify is rated 4+ and is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below and we will take steps to remove it.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Disable personalized ads: iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
• Delete your data: Uninstall the App. All locally stored data is removed immediately.
• Cancel a subscription: iOS Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
• California (CCPA) and EEA (GDPR) users: You have additional rights including access, correction, and deletion. Since we do not collect personal identifiers directly, most of these rights apply to the third-party services above. Contact us to exercise any right.

7. Data Retention

We retain only what is necessary. Local device data is retained until you uninstall the App. Anonymous transaction data at RevenueCat and Apple is retained per their respective policies. Ad identifiers at Google are governed by Google's retention rules.

8. Data Security

Because Pregamify stores your data locally on your device, your data is protected by your device's built-in encryption and passcode protections. Third-party services we use are responsible for the security of data transmitted to them under their own terms.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside of your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the App you consent to such transfers in accordance with this Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
