This Privacy Policy explains how Morobo LLC ("Morobo," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use Motonia.

Motonia is intended for adults aged 18 and older. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the app.

• Real-time GPS location for navigation and live rider map features
• Location context used for hazard and route relevance

2.3 Ride and Safety Data

• Ride routes, trip stats, and ride history
• Hazard reports submitted by users
• Moderation reports, blocks, and enforcement records

2.4 Diagnostics and Analytics

• Crash logs, performance diagnostics, and app usage analytics
• Device/app metadata necessary to improve reliability and security

• Navigation: Turn-by-turn routing and map functionality
• Safety: Hazard awareness and safety-related map context
• Live rider visibility: Show riders based on user-selected visibility settings
• Account and security: Authentication, abuse prevention, and enforcement
• Reliability: Debugging, performance monitoring, and service improvement

4. Current Release Scope

In this release, Motonia includes navigation, live riders on map, hazard reporting/visibility, and account features. Features such as proximity chat and group rides are planned but are not currently active in this release.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information.

• Service providers/processors: We share data only as needed to operate Motonia, including core providers such as Mapbox and Supabase.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect safety, rights, or property.
• Business operations: Limited disclosure for audits, security response, or lawful corporate transactions.

6. User Controls

• Location permissions: You can grant or revoke precise location access in your device settings.
• Live rider visibility: You can choose visibility options such as All, Friends, or None.
• Account deletion: You can request account deletion and associated personal data removal via contact@morobo.org.

7. Data Retention

• Account records: Retained while account is active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days after verified deletion request, except where legally required.
• Ride and safety records: Retained for up to 24 months to support user history, safety analysis, and abuse prevention; then deleted or aggregated.
• Moderation and security logs: Retained up to 36 months for trust and safety enforcement.
• Diagnostics: Retained up to 12 months unless needed longer for ongoing incident investigations.

8. Security

• Encryption in transit (TLS)
• Role-based access controls and least-privilege access
• Operational monitoring and incident response procedures
• Security review processes for infrastructure and application changes

9. Children

Motonia is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

10. Your Rights and Requests
