Introduction

Morobo LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Indecision mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

By using Indecision, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download or use the App.

What We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Profile information you choose to provide

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

  • Device information (type, operating system, unique identifiers)
  • App usage statistics (features used, time spent)
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • Analytics data for improving app functionality

Decision Data

The decisions you create within the App are stored securely. We process your decision-making queries to provide AI-powered analysis and recommendations.

Subscription and Payment Information

If you subscribe to premium features, we collect:

  • Subscription tier (Basic: $4.99/month or Premium: up to $9.99/month)
  • Subscription status and renewal dates
  • Payment information (processed securely through Apple App Store)

Note: We do not directly process or store your payment card information. All payments are handled by Apple Inc. through the App Store.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

  • Providing and maintaining the App
  • Processing AI-powered decision analysis through Google Gemini AI
  • Managing subscriptions and billing through RevenueCat
  • Improving app functionality and user experience
  • Analyzing usage patterns to enhance features
  • Communicating with you about updates, security alerts, and support
  • Preventing fraud and ensuring security
  • Collecting anonymized analytics data to improve our services

AI Processing with Google Gemini

When you request AI analysis of a decision, we use Google Gemini AI to provide intelligent recommendations. Here's how your data is processed:

  • Your decision-making queries are sent to Google Gemini AI for analysis
  • Data is transmitted securely via encrypted connections
  • Google Gemini processes your input to generate personalized decision insights
  • AI-generated responses are returned to the App and displayed to you
  • Google's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy

Important: While we minimize the personal information sent to AI services, your decision content is processed by Google Gemini AI. We recommend not including highly sensitive personal information in your decision queries.

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Secure backend infrastructure powered by Supabase
  • End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
  • Secure HTTPS/TLS connections for all data transmission
  • Authentication and access controls
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Encrypted data storage both in transit and at rest

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data using commercial-grade security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

The Indecision App uses the following third-party services to provide functionality:

Supabase (Backend Database)

We use Supabase for:

  • User authentication and account management
  • Secure data storage and retrieval
  • Backend infrastructure and database services

RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

We use RevenueCat for:

  • Managing in-app subscriptions ($4.99/month Basic, up to $9.99/month Premium)
  • Tracking subscription status and renewals
  • Processing subscription analytics
  • Integrating with Apple App Store billing

Google Gemini AI

We use Google Gemini AI for:

  • AI-powered decision analysis and recommendations
  • Natural language processing of user queries
  • Generating intelligent insights for decision-making

Apple App Store

We use Apple's services for:

  • App distribution and updates
  • Payment processing for subscriptions
  • Refund processing (subject to Apple's standard refund policy)

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Delete your account directly within the App
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Export your decision data
  • Disable analytics tracking in settings

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time directly from within the Indecision App:

  • Open the Indecision App
  • Go to Settings > Account
  • Tap "Delete Account"
  • Confirm your deletion request

When you delete your account:

  • All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our Supabase database
  • Your decision history and AI interaction data will be removed
  • Active subscriptions will be canceled (though billing may continue until the end of your current billing period per Apple's policy)
  • This action cannot be undone

Note: Some data may be retained for a limited time for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as required by law.

Subscription and Payments

Indecision offers premium features through the following subscription tiers:

  • Basic Subscription: $4.99 USD per month
  • Premium Subscription: Up to $9.99 USD per month

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store:

  • Payments are handled by Apple Inc. using your Apple ID payment method
  • We do NOT store or have access to your credit card information
  • Your payment information is governed by Apple's privacy policy
  • We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from RevenueCat

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You will be charged the subscription price plus any applicable taxes
  • To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period
  • Your subscription will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings at any time

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  • Tap your name at the top
  • Tap "Subscriptions"
  • Select Indecision
  • Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that time.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Apple:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Select the Indecision App purchase
  • Follow Apple's refund request process

Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. We do not process direct refunds for App Store purchases.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

International Users

If you are using the App from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States where our servers are located.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
