End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Morobo LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the Indecision mobile application (the "App"), an AI-powered decision-making tool available on the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Morobo LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2.1 License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems

3. Subscription Services

The App offers subscription-based premium features with the following pricing:

Basic Subscription: $4.99 USD per month
Premium Subscription: Up to $9.99 USD per month

3.1 Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store using your Apple ID payment method. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method the applicable subscription fee plus any applicable taxes.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your subscription will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate as your initial subscription.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

3.4 Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial period.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store. Morobo LLC does not process direct refunds for App Store purchases.

5. Artificial Intelligence Services

The App uses Google Gemini AI to provide AI-powered decision-making assistance. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice
AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation
You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content
The App processes your input data through Google Gemini AI services in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content

6. Data Collection and Privacy

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

Supabase: Backend database and authentication services
RevenueCat: Subscription management and analytics
Google Gemini AI: AI-powered decision analysis
Apple App Store: Payment processing and distribution

We collect and process the following types of data:

Account information (email address, user ID)
Decision-making queries and AI interaction data
Subscription and payment information (processed by Apple)
Usage analytics and app performance data
Device information and crash reports

7. Account Management and Deletion

7.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

7.2 Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. To delete your account:

Open the Indecision App
Navigate to Settings > Account
Select "Delete Account"
Confirm your deletion request

When you delete your account:

All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our servers
Your decision history and AI interaction data will be removed
Active subscriptions will be canceled (subject to Apple's cancellation policy)
This action cannot be undone

Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the App to make decisions in situations requiring professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
Not share your account credentials with others
Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with others' use
Not attempt to circumvent any subscription or payment mechanisms

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all content, features, functionality, source code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Morobo LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The App integrates with and relies on third-party services including Google Gemini AI, Supabase, RevenueCat, and Apple App Store. We are not responsible for:

The availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
Third-party terms of service or privacy policies
Content, products, or services offered by third parties
Any damages or losses arising from your use of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 No Professional Advice

THE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT REPLACE PROFESSIONAL JUDGMENT, ESPECIALLY IN MATTERS INVOLVING HEALTH, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR SAFETY CONCERNS.

11.2 "As Is" and "As Available"

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOROBO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the App
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
Any bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the App
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App
Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOROBO LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Morobo LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of this EULA
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Updates and Modifications

13.1 App Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. You agree to receive such updates as part of your use of the App.

13.2 EULA Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Posting an updated EULA within the App
Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
Sending a notification through the App or via email (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this EULA at any time by:

Deleting the App from your device
Canceling your subscription through the Apple App Store
Deleting your account as described in Section 7.2

14.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of this EULA
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Non-payment of subscription fees
At our sole discretion for operational or business reasons

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your license to use the App will immediately cease
You must delete the App from all devices
Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability

15. Geographic Restrictions

The App is controlled and operated from the United States. We make no representations that the App is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the App from territories where its contents are illegal is prohibited.

16. Export Control

You may not use, export, or re-export the App except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App was obtained. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

17. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the App or provide any information through the App.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MOROBO LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

19. Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply to your use of the App obtained from the Apple App Store:

This EULA is between you and Morobo LLC only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple")
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
You must comply with all applicable third-party terms when using the App

20. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this EULA shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

21. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Morobo LLC regarding the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning the subject matter.

23. Acknowledgment

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE INDECISION APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
