MoroboLLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates AgentBoard (the "Service," "App," or "Platform"), a software-as-a-service dashboard for AI voice agent analytics.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Service. This policy applies to all users of the Service, including agency administrators and their invited clients.

By using AgentBoard, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Account Information:

Client Information:

  • Client email addresses (if provided)
  • Client-specific settings and configurations

Payment Information:

  • Billing name and address
  • Payment method details (processed and stored by our payment processors: RevenueCat, Apple, Google; we do not store full payment card numbers)

  • Features accessed and actions taken within the App

  • Time spent on pages/screens
  • Click patterns and navigation paths

Device Information:

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system and version
  • Unique device identifiers

2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations

AI Agent Platform Data:

When you connect third-party AI agent platforms (such as Retell AI, Vapi, Synthflow, or custom systems) to AgentBoard, we receive and process data sent via webhooks, which may include:

  • Call metadata (call ID, timestamps, duration)
  • Call outcomes (answered, voicemail, transferred, etc.)
  • Call transcripts
  • Sentiment analysis results
  • Lead and appointment indicators
  • Cost/usage metrics
  • Custom fields and metadata

Important: We receive this data from third-party platforms. The collection and transmission of this data to us is governed by your agreement with those platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents to share this data with AgentBoard.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

3.1 Provide and Maintain the Service

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process transactions and billing
  • Display AI agent analytics and metrics
  • Generate reports and visualizations
  • Enable client access and sharing

3.2 Improve and Develop the Service

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve features
  • Identify and fix bugs and technical issues

  • RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management
  • Apple App Store / Google Play Store: App distribution and payment processing

  • Cloud hosting providers: Infrastructure and storage

Service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We only use third-party providers that publicly commit to privacy and security protections comparable to industry standards, and we require appropriate contractual/data-processing safeguards where applicable.

4.2 Client Access

If you are an agency, your designated clients can access their specific analytics data through the Service. You control which clients have access and what data they can see.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to:

  • Court orders, subpoenas, or legal process
  • Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of others

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as:

  • Your account is active
  • Necessary to provide the Service
  • Required to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
  • Required by law (e.g., for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes)

When your account is terminated, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except as required for legal or legitimate business purposes.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance
